These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tap N Roll website at singles.tapnroll.com and any related services we provide (collectively, the "Site"). The Site is operated by Tap N Roll ("Tap N Roll", "we", "us", or "our").

By visiting our Site, browsing our catalog, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order or create an account. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and current.

2. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to place orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contactus@tapnroll.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Products and Pricing

  • Card singles are individually graded and priced based on current market data and inventory condition.
  • Prices, availability, and product details may change at any time without notice.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel orders, or refuse service for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory discrepancies.
  • Photos shown may be stock images. The actual card you receive will match the listed name, set, condition, language, and printing.

4. Orders and Payment

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion.
  • Payment is processed at checkout via the methods displayed on the Site (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, etc.).
  • All transactions are processed in U.S. dollars.
  • If a pricing error is discovered after an order is placed, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Shipping, Pickup, and Returns

Shipping, pickup, and return terms are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund and Return Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Tap N Roll or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. Card artwork, names, and game-specific intellectual property (e.g., Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Riftbound, Gundam) are the property of their respective rights holders and used here for the purpose of describing the products we sell.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, scrape, frame, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Site without our prior written consent.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose
  • Interfere with the operation of the Site or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of it
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, harvesters) to collect product, pricing, or user data without permission
  • Resell or commercially exploit our content, listings, or photographs without authorization
  • Submit false, misleading, or defamatory content through any form on the Site

8. Disclaimers

The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tap N Roll disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Card condition grading is based on industry-standard scales (Near Mint, Lightly Played, Moderately Played, Heavily Played, Damaged) and reflects our good-faith assessment at the time of listing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tap N Roll, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any product purchased from us. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tap N Roll and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
