Shipping policy

Tap N Roll offers two fulfillment options at checkout: local pickup and shipping via UPS Ground Advantage. Pick whichever works best for you.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed. Larger orders, mixed-set orders, and orders placed on weekends or holidays may take an additional 1-2 business days to pull and inspect.

You will receive an email notification when your order is:

  1. Confirmed — payment received and order queued
  2. Ready — order pulled, sleeved, and ready for pickup or shipping
  3. Picked up or Shipped — fulfillment complete (with tracking, if shipped)

Local Pickup

Pickup is available at our Williamsburg, Virginia location. Orders are typically ready for pickup within 24 hours.

When your order is ready, you will receive an email with pickup instructions. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation and a valid photo ID matching the name on the order.

Orders not picked up within 30 days may be restocked and refunded to store credit.

Shipping

All shipped orders are sent via UPS Ground Advantage from our Virginia warehouse.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order value, weight, and destination. Rates start at our published base rate and scale with package size.

Packaging

Every shipped order is:

  • Sleeved in penny sleeves and toploaders, semi-rigids, or card savers depending on value
  • Sealed in a plastic team bag to prevent moisture damage
  • Packaged in a rigid mailer or box appropriate to the order size

Orders over $100 in value are shipped with signature required and tracking. Orders over $500 ship with additional insurance.

Delivery Times

UPS Ground Advantage delivery typically takes 2-5 business days within the continental U.S., depending on destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your label is printed. You can track your package directly through the UPS website.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or U.S. territories at this time. We do not ship internationally.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors and your local post office or carrier facility.
  2. Contact the carrier (UPS) directly to file a missing package claim.
  3. If unresolved within 48 hours, email us at tcgsingles@tapnroll.com with your order number.

Tap N Roll is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. For orders without signature required, the risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the carrier confirms delivery.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We ship to the address provided at the time of order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
