Refund policy

<p>At Tap N Roll, every order is hand-pulled, sleeved, and inspected before shipping or pickup. Because trading card singles are graded individually and pricing fluctuates with market conditions, <strong>all sales are final</strong> except in the limited cases described below.</p>
<h2>Eligible Returns</h2>
<p>We will accept a return, replacement, or refund for the following reasons only:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>The card you received is the wrong card</strong> (different name, set, language, or printing than what you ordered).</li>
<li><strong>The card arrived damaged</strong> in a way that does not match the listed condition (e.g., listed as Near Mint but arrived with creases, bends, or moisture damage).</li>
<li><strong>Your order is missing items</strong> that were marked as shipped or fulfilled.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Not Eligible for Return</h2>
<ul>
<li>Cards in the condition listed at the time of purchase (Near Mint, Lightly Played, Moderately Played, Heavily Played, Damaged).</li>
<li>Cards opened, sleeved, played with, or altered in any way after delivery.</li>
<li>Sealed product that has been opened.</li>
<li>Buyer's remorse, market price changes, or trade-in regret.</li>
</ul>
<h2>How to Request a Return</h2>
<p>To start a return claim, email <strong><a href="mailto:tcgsingles@tapnroll.com">tcgsingles@tapnroll.com</a></strong> within <strong>7 days of delivery</strong> (for shipped orders) or <strong>7 days of pickup</strong> (for pickup orders) with:</p>
<ol>
<li>Your order number</li>
<li>A clear description of the issue</li>
<li>Photos of the card(s) in question, including any damage or labeling discrepancy</li>
<li>Photos of the original packaging if the issue relates to shipping damage</li>
</ol>
<p>Claims submitted without photos may be declined.</p>
<h2>Resolution</h2>
<p>Once we receive and review your claim, we will respond within 2 business days. Approved claims are resolved in one of three ways at our discretion:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Replacement</strong> with the same card in the same condition (subject to availability)</li>
<li><strong>Store credit</strong> for the value of the card</li>
<li><strong>Refund</strong> to the original payment method</li>
</ul>
<p>Refunds for shipped orders may require return of the card before resolution. We will provide a prepaid return label in cases of our error.</p>
<h2>Shipping Damage</h2>
<p>If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph it before opening and contact us immediately. Claims for shipping damage must be filed within <strong>3 business days of delivery</strong>.</p>
<h2>Order Cancellations</h2>
<p>Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before they are marked as picked, packed, or fulfilled. Once an order has been pulled for shipping or pickup, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, email <strong><a href="mailto:tcgsingles@tapnroll.com">tcgsingles@tapnroll.com</a></strong> as quickly as possible after placing your order.</p>
